To make our training and behaviour packages more accessible, instalment payment options are available on selected programmes.

By choosing an instalment plan, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking of Sessions

All session dates for the full duration of the package must be booked at the initial consultation.
This secures your place in the diary and ensures consistency and continuity throughout your programme.

Rescheduling remains subject to the standard cancellation policy.

2. Payment Structure

The total package fee will be divided into equal fortnightly payments across the full term of the package.

The first instalment is due at the initial consultation.
Subsequent instalments will be due every two weeks thereafter until the balance is paid in full.

3. Payment Commitment

By entering into an instalment plan, you are committing to the full package fee, not individual sessions.

Missed sessions, early termination, or changes in circumstances do not remove the obligation to complete all scheduled payments.

4. Missed Payments

If a payment is missed or delayed, future sessions may be paused until the account is brought up to date.

Persistent non-payment may result in cancellation of the remaining sessions and recovery of outstanding fees.
